When a customer purchases through Mirr, Stripe processes the full payment. 92% transfers to your brand account within 2 business days. We keep 8% as founding brands. Standard brands are 12%. Automatic on every transaction — no invoicing, no chasing payments.
Flat-lay images work best — the garment laid flat on a plain surface, or on a hanger against a clean background. No models wearing the item. You'll also submit exact garment dimensions so the fit score works accurately for customers.
No. Mirr is an additional sales channel — like listing on a marketplace. Your own store stays exactly as it is. Mirr brings you customers who want to try before they buy.
You ship directly to the customer. When a sale is made you receive the order details and shipping address. You fulfil exactly as you would from your own store. Mirr handles payment and commission.
Returns are handled between you and the customer per your policy. If a return results in a refund, the commission on that transaction is reversed automatically. The goal of Mirr is to significantly reduce returns — customers who try on before buying are far more confident.
Within 3 business days of submitting your product photos and dimensions. Once approved your products are visible to all Mirr shoppers immediately.
